Everything a course needs sits in one place, and each part answers to the same membership list.
Permissioned file tree
Course files form a real tree rather than a flat drop box. Every download is checked at request time against the resource context, current course membership, and role.
Announcements
Instructors can prepare and schedule announcements, pin one current notice, and open published items to threaded comments. Students see them in the course when they are published.
Discussions and polls
Course-scoped threads with comments, likes, optional polls, and protected attachments. Removal is authorized, so moderation leaves a trail rather than a silent gap.
Bring course files from Drive or OneDrive
With a configured connection, instructors can select Google Drive or OneDrive files in the browser and copy them into protected course storage. Each import is a snapshot governed by course file permissions.

Students and instructors can pin a course, save accessible files, resource links, announcements, and discussions, and return to those private shortcuts. Students can mark current files and links reviewed for themselves; a mark is not a grade or proof of completion.

The handbook is designed for browser Print / Save PDF. It leaves out drafts, private grades, attendance, roster details, submissions, exam questions, and protected-file download URLs.
