Capability

One installation, one organization, one operator

Administration, planning, notification, reporting, and licensing serve one organization. Optional Parent access adds verified, read-only family views without placing parents in a course roster.

PeopleMembershipRoles

People, with the right access.

Manage membership, review roster changes and keep responsibilities clear.

Capability

Analytics that stay proportionate

Privacy-limited capture
Product-event dimensions exclude course content, answers, feedback, file names, contact data, and credentials. Organization reports suppress course cohorts with fewer than five active students.
Durable daily projections
Course and organization reporting is built from durable daily projections, so a figure can be recomputed and explained.
Retention and export
Retention is a defined boundary, and the data is exportable. Reporting you cannot take with you is not reporting you own.

Capability

Notifications

In-app notifications carry read state, protected attachments, and optional email delivery. Administrators can review recipient, read, and email-delivery metrics for messages they send manually; automated events follow their own typed delivery rules.

Capability

On-premise licensing without a phone home

The on-premise license boundary is offline by design.

  • One annual license is bound to one stable installation identity.
  • The identity is not regenerated by an upgrade or by disaster recovery.
  • Verification uses a key embedded in the application, so no network call decides whether your organization can teach today.
  • Administrators can see license status from inside the product.

Capability

Administration and coordination

Routine institutional work stays explicit, recoverable, and scoped to the people it affects.

Reviewed onboarding and roster imports

Administrators preview CSV onboarding or stage a configured OneRoster roster. They review and confirm changes before accounts, course sections, or memberships are added; saved results support recovery after an interrupted response.

Planner and calendar

Course schedules, personal tasks, recurring events, and reminders share one calendar without exposing private planning to a course. Instructors can review grading and missing-work follow-ups, then preview targeted in-app reminders before sending them.

Optional Parent access

Administrators verify each parent–student relationship and grant specific academic categories. Parents can read released results and teacher-confirmed attendance, then choose alerts for each child and category.

Institutional sign-in

Organizations can configure Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 sign-in for browser users. An administrator explicitly binds each existing active Mirket account to its provider identity; matching email alone never creates or links an account.

Optional Certification

Certification availability is selected at installation with a default-off switch, then activated separately by an Administrator. Staff manually issue organization course certificates from versioned templates; Administrators can correct or revoke awards while preserving their history.

The manual

Do it, step by step.

The manual covers this as a task, with prerequisites, what finishing looks like, and what to do when it does not work.

Administer an organization

Manage people, courses, communication, and operational visibility while preserving organization and role boundaries.

Bring Mirket LMS to your organization.

Run it on your own infrastructure or let us host it for you. Both options provide the same product; the difference is who operates the infrastructure and data services.
